'Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. 'Hotel is on a busy street (though room was quiet to the back)and no place to unload luggage, only 3 free parking spots- of course all gone- for hotel and restaurant. Paid parking few minutes to walk away. Room is ok, lots of stairs, internet is very slow or not working at all but for one night it was a clean and warm place to stay '

'What a diamond we’ve found. Beautifully situated and good parking. Spotless clean throughout the period property with a sense of luxury. Extremely comfortable stay which I was made even more special by the young lady at reception who booked us in early and served us at breakfast.
