I was shocked about your view of our beautiful and charming little B&B. This is not a Four Seasons hotel, it’s an old Caribbean Island home. When you said it was filthy, I immediately ran upstairs to see what was wrong, not even sure what you thought was filthy. The whole town is under construction, and our rooms are cleaned daily. As far as the bed being too hard, if you would have told me that I would have added another mattress pad, but we have never had anyone tell us that they didn’t sleep well in our rooms. As you see, our reviews are great, you were looking for something more new and modern…and without character. Lula’s is a beautiful home and we keep all our rooms clean.
