« First let me say I love that my service was welcomed with no issues. But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. The room like it had been renovated but not finished.Next room was being renovated so we heard the banging on the walls early in the morning....

« Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way. »

« Stayed for two days on business. Room was clean, parking lot was orderly and they had a good breakfast. The room was also priced well. I would stay again. »

« Yo we didn't have an ice bucket in the room or a fridge. There was no coffee. Also there was a really large space in the room and we really didn't have any activities to fill that large space. Otherwise the stay was fantastic, the bacon was this weird kind that was shaved thin but it was still delicious, and the eggs were a little bit meh, but it was in walking distance of many exciting mediocre things to do in Frisco »

« I really liked the property especially room. It was so convenient and neat and fresh. Outside it was ok ok because of the people around there was little awkward but overall the experience was amazing. Really loved the room and the stay. We enjoyed a lot. »

« Property was nice and so were the staff. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The gym was very nice but was missing the 5-, 10-and 15-pound dumbbells. The plug in the bathroom did not work (we reported it). We did not try the free breakfast. »
