'Beautiful property in a great location, but the check-in process and management issues were extremely frustrating.
The building itself is stunning, with great amenities including a gym, convenience shop with snacks/essentials and the apartments are well-equipped with kitchens and washer/dryer combos. The location is also excellent, with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and food options nearby.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a complete disaster. It took roughly an hour and a...

'Ruime suite, vriendelijk personeel.

'What I liked: clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood
What I did *not* like:
1. The listing says it has a gym and pool (and include pictures of same), but these facilities are not available for guests - this is deceiving and misleading as.
2. There is no luggage storage. Most international flights arrive in São Paulo early morning and depart late in the evening or at night, but there is no luggage storage, and guests cannot wait in the lobby either.
3. The room has an equipped kitchen, but...
