'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Good location for travelling, even close enough to drive downtown Staunton. Hotel grounds very neat and good parking, first impression inside very clean and open and very friendly staff. Room was spacious and quite clean, bathroom needs some professional plumber do the caulking and removal of mold, though generally clean. Breakfast was quite varied, with as well choices for a healthy breakfast, though also very sugar loaded choices. Service at breakfast was perfect, the ladies kept all super...

'Prima hotel, kamer is ruim genoeg en schoon. Ontbijt beter dan gemiddeld, ondanks relatief weinig tafels bij dit aantal kamers. Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Lekkere koffie.'

'64 & 63 yo females. This is a very nice hotel with a substantial continental breakfast. We felt safe and had a good night's sleep. Would stay here again'

'The room was large and furnished well. We had a small maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that there was very little Christmas decorations. Lights on the wreaths on the back of the building and some sort of Christmas decoration on the tables outside the elevators would be small but effective changes.'
