« No one there to check us in. We called the number and were told it would be 1-1/2 hrs before anyone would be there. After a couple of conversations with the manager, we asked for our reservation to be cancelled and not to be charged. Tony (the manager?) agreed to do so. But we have received no notification from him that the cancellation was completed. »
