'What a lovely traditional hotel decorated in a classic style that takes you back in time. You are welcomed, not only by lovely open fires, but also by the reception and bar staff! Very friendly and helpful. Our room had fabulous views of the mountains and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. 5 mins walk to the main street with a choice of restaurants and a few mins drive to the attractions and trails. '

'Room was good size, The shower in a spa bath didn't approve of as the floor in the spa bath is uneven and slippery. Tried to contact to see if we could get in earlier 2.00pm was told that I would get text message when room was available. So we decided to go to scenic world, right on 3.00pm while in Scenic World get the text to say room ready. Then get a message later to say that the reception closes at 5.00pm and what time we were arriving. Arrive was rushed though checking so the staff...
