'Their complimentary breakfast is always a treat. In fact, besides the views, that's the reason we keep returning. The air conditioning was a bit warm. Unable to change rooms due to no rooms were available.'

'Vlak bij het centrum van Corpus Christi en makkelijk bereikbaar. Goede ontvangst. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima, maar interieur aan modernisering toe - scheur in het wat muffe tapijt, nog geen flatscreen televisies.'

'The hot tub was cold and low of water, the first room we were in the shower the water barely came out of the shower head, and the carpet floors need a good deep clean throughout the entire hotel..the hotel is dated and needs a good remodel. It does have perks of being right on a small beach of sand and next to good bars and restaurants and being close to attractions. The staff were excellent and good food at the restaurant in the hotel.. nice to have starbucks there too. '

'The room was in disrepair and not at all clean. We were afraid we may bring bedbugs or cockroaches home so we left and went to another hotel. '

'De staat en netheid van het morel was vreselijk, alles was smerig en vuil. Bedden met vlekken en kapotte bedrand, handdoeken met scheuren en gaten, ramen vol vetvlekken, microgolf met dikke vetlaag enz... te smerig om daar nog geld voor te vragen. Het enige pluspunt is de ligging, net tegen het strand met uitzicht op zee. Jammer want het zou een pareltje kunnen zijn.'

There was a person under the influence of drugs screaming day and night right next to my room, and several others drinking and using drugs on the stairs. The facilities themselves require massive improvement; for instance, the back door leading to the small balcony had no lock, and the stairs are practically falling apart, with several old, loose planks. 'When we got to our room, the door wasn’t even closed. Supposedly housekeeping possibly didn’t close it all the way. When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! He just kept on mouthing so we left immediately to alert the manager on duty and got another room on a different floor. She was very nice and understanding but she wasn’t able to make the change easily because we...

'The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. 'The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. '
