Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 2BR/2BA ground level condo is just a short walk to Main Street in downtown Blowing Rock and within minutes to area attractions like Appalachian Ski Mountain, Blue Ridge Pkwy, Tweetsie Railroad, Chetola Resort, and Bass Lake.



Brook Haven is a beautifully and thoughtfully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor condo located in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. The prime location offers unparalleled convenience to boutique shops, bakeries, dining, art galleries, and local area attractions.



Just a short walk to Main Street and within minutes to area attractions like: Appalachian Ski Mountain (9 minutes to the parking lot), Chetola Resort (0.5 mile - <10 minute walk), Blowing Rock Country Club (1.5 mile walk or drive), Bass Lake (1.4 mile walk or drive), Tweetsie Railroad (9 min drive), Boone/Appalachian State University (15-20 min drive), Bistro Roca (our favorite! 0.7 mile - 12 min walk), Blue Ridge Parkway Access (1.6 mile - 4 min drive), Speckled Trout (0.6 mile - 10 min walk). A dream location for all things in and around Blowing Rock!!!

Brook Haven is located right off Sunset Dr on a small stretch of the New River in downtown Blowing Rock. The river is more like a creek and has easy access for the kiddos and dogs to walk around in.



There is plenty of parking available, but only one vehicle is permitted in the strip between our building and the one right across from it. Additional parking is available throughout the rest of the property.



PETS
Up to two dogs will be considered upon request and require prior approval. Must be under 35 pounds each, weight limit strictly enforced by HOA. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will apply per stay.

Perfect condo location

Location, location, location. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 1 pooch. It was so easy to zip around town and not worry about parking. Condo has everything you’d need for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Blowing Rock.

Ski Getaway to Blowing Rock

Justin’s place was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. Just a short drive from App Mtn Ski resort and the grocery store made it the perfect place for out weekend getaway!

New favorite stay in Blowing Rock

Every year, my husband and I, along with one other couple go to the App Ski anniversary weekend. It’s been a yearly trip that past 5+ years. The location of this condo is ideal to walking around downtown Blowing rock, plus it’s tucked away so you have privacy as well. We have stayed at these condos before, but this was our first time stay at this specific one and we absolutely loved it. Justin and Ana have a beautiful place. It’s very clean and well stocked. We loved that it was on the first floor and that’s what originally drew us in. It makes it easier to bring in your luggage without having to lug it up to the 2nd or 3rd floor which we have done in the past. Highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on staying at this spot for future blowing rock trips! Thank you!

Cozy, Convenient, Cottage-like Condo!

We had great stay at this VRBO property! The location was perfect – everything we needed was within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants and the charming town center. And the drive to Boone for the App State football game was a quick 10 minutes. The ample parking made it incredibly convenient, even during busy times. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the cozy fireplace, which added a wonderful touch of warmth and comfort to the cool evenings. Communication with the owners was seamless and they were always responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient getaway.

The condo was as pictured and had comfortable accommodations. We were so close to Main St,which is where you want to be when staying in Blowing Rock. Justin,our host,was friendly and answered all our questions in a timely manner, would certainly book there again and have another fun weekend away!

Wedding getaway

We had a wonderful & relaxing g getaway to celebrate our cousins wedding! The condo was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere & then relax at home in comfort. We didn't eat in, bc we were busy, but the kitchen was stocked so well I wish we did! The beds were comfy, coffee supplied, & the condo felt very much like “home” to unwind in. The owner a quick responder, excellent to communicate with,& made the transaction so smooth! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the relaxing much needed getaway!!Oh & if you visit the condo don’t miss the Hellbender cafe for the best drinks around if you get a chance to stop, the local brewery had great appetizers, & the coffee at Camp coffee is a must try!!!The best part is they’re all close & walkable through beautiful areas!

Comfortable, cozy getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay. This unit is sparkling clean, well appointed and equipped. We found it generously stocked with coffee, supplies and necessities. The televisions, gas fireplace and internet are first class. It is nicely located on first floor, peacefully set in a quiet setting away from the bustle of Main St, but close enough to walk there. The owner is very accessible, helpful and pleasant. We would return without hesitation.
