Guests can enjoy exclusive access to miles of scenic hiking trails, a babbling creek, and a crystal-clear 22-acre lake—all surrounded by the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. When you're ready to explore, SweetGrass is ideally situated right off the Blue Ridge Parkway and just 10 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock, 15 minutes from Tweetsie Railroad and Appalachian Ski Mountain, and less than 30 minutes from Grandfather Mountain and Julian Price Park. The convenient location makes it easy to experience the best of the High Country.

Home Features
A brand-new, custom-built mountain home, Our Evergreen Retreat is designed for comfort and style, welcoming guests into a warm, open living space with 20-foot ceilings, a stunning, stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace, a large TV, and picturesque wooded views. The adjacent dining area seats six, with room for four more at the kitchen island. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, and everything you need for family meals. This level also includes a powder room and a laundry room for guest convenience.

Step outside to the covered back porch, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco with additional seating, a dining table, and a gas grill. On the lower-level flagstone patio, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the smokeless fire pit with Adirondack seating to enjoy the mountain air.

Sleeping Arrangements
Our Evergreen Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three inviting bedrooms:

Main Level Master Suite: King bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs Queen Bedroom: Bright and comfortable with easy access to a shared full bath.
Upstairs Kids' Room: Features a queen bed, a twin daybed with trundle, a Pack and Play, a Smart TV, an arcade game, a foosball table, and a closet full of board games—a true paradise for younger guests.

Additional Details
Guests will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with streaming and Roku access for local channels. The paved driveway provides parking for three vehicles. We recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles and tire chains during the winter months and inclement weather. One dog, under 35 pounds, is welcome with your reservation. There is a Ring camera at the door and two cameras on each front corner facing the front of the home.
