'Breakfast was underwhelming. Pool was chilly. Everything else was good.'

'Good service'

'This is the best property in the MSP area. I have stayed here many times and it has always been great! I have stayed at other places, only because Prime Rate Inn was full. The other places were not very good. Keep up the great work, Prime Rate Inn!!!'

'There are hidden costs (like car park) which they don’t advertise'

'Very lovely place with friendly staff. I will always put this up as my first and last. A home away from home.'

'Clean room, great AC, one of the best breakfasts I've had for a hotel, awesome location, clear to the mall and train stations, only downfall is the lack of a hot tub and you have pay for parking, otherwise highly recommend!!'

'This people charge me for a room that. They never gave me. They told me there was no reservation under my name So I left but they did charge me Now the general manager his name nick. Doesn’t. Wanna give me my money back. What a scam.'

'Interieur uit de vorige eeuw. Ramen vies. Ontbijtopties zeer beperkt en alleen verkrijgbaar op kartonnen borden, plastic bekers en plastic bestek. Ontbijtruimte lijkt op wachtkamer bij de dokter.'

'Very nice hotel. Friendly staff'

'Staff had no idea what was going on. At first they were worried they oversold. Couldn’t get any information about park and fly. Gave no directions or assistance.'
