« J'ai eu une tres belle et vaste chambre/ La litterie est parfaite. Grande salle de bains avec jaccuzi. Le petit dejeuner etait copieux et a ete servi des 5.30 du matin. Le transfert gratuit de et vers l'aeroport. Je suis completement satisfait. Le quartier laisse a desirer »

« It was for us the first experience in this kind of hotel, and we weren't disappointed. Our arrival wasn't expected and yet, the staff was very kind with us, at our disposal. And despite the fact that we had difficulties with the means of payment, everything was made possible for us to have the best stay, the best experience, and to make us comfortable. « The staff were very helpful and friendly . We only stayed one night for the Europa League final and asked for an extension as we had to catch the night train to Tbilisi, fortunately the room was free and we were allowed to stay until 6pm for free. The hotel itself was of a high standard, the bathroom in particular was great. I would happily stay again. »

« Fantastische plek, mooie en ruime kamers, fijne badkamer. Erg schoon. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Vriendelijk personeel: ondanks zeer vroege aankomst kon ik toch vrijwel direct op de kamer. Locatie perfect, schuin tegenover het grote Metro station. »

« Het hotel was geweldig, een mooie kamer, fijne badkamer, een fijn bed, en het ontbijtbuffet was ook geweldig. Daarnaast kreeg je een geweldige service in het hotel, en met name Sabrina hielp je met al je vragen op een vriendelijke manier. Zij was voor mij het pareltje in het hotel. « Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited). Nice very spacious room, with seating area. Excellent gym. Superb breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes. Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it. The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between...
