Magisch uitzicht vanaf je balkon
Prima hotel met schitterend uitzicht over het meer van Bled. Fijn groot zwembad - heerlijk na een dag onderweg of met kinderen. Buffet ontbijt was goed in orde evenals het avondeten.

The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. the breakfast was good and so was the location. Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge. Lots of children and walls are very thin.

Got a corner room which has super big balcony facing lake Bled. The view is incredible. Staff is very nice, parking is on-site. Wonderful breakfast too.

Lovely stay here with 2 kids (4 & 6). Staff were lovely, breakfast extensive and delicious. Kids loved the pool and spent hours on the slide, though it exits to deep water so needed supervision. It was a 3 minute walk to the lake which is just beautiful. They were even helpful a few days after we had checked out to go to another area with storing luggage while we used the pool on our final day. Would happily recommend.

Lovely hotel with amazing view of the lake and castle/island. When you walk in there's a lovely smell to greet you with kind and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and well accommodated. Loved the pool and spa facilities as well.

We enjoyed our lake view room ( do it, splurge) and I never tired of watching the colours change on the lake or when clouds rolled in. Thr buffet breakfast was immense and should satisfy all. We enjoyed the pool facilities as well. It was a nice reprieve when the weather was a bit rainy!

A great hotel with lovely views and food!
A beautiful hotel with great food, service and comfort. Definitely recommend the lake view balcony rooms on the top floors, stunning views of the lake! The spa is huge and great for relaxation, it was empty most times we visited too! The half board option is recommended, the buffet food was excellent including rotisserie chicken, fillet steak, mussels, salmon and langoustines as well as unlimited ice cream and a lovely salad bar. I'll definitely be back!

Hotel rooms, spa and location were fantastic. Service was mixed. Was told by front desk staff there was no food available in town (all groceries and restaurants were closed) when arrived at 21:20pm and was starving. Funny enough thankfully was able to buy a sandwich from their own bar so it was bizarre that a few steps away at the front desk was told nothing was available. I also noticed the next day all other restaurants in town are open until 10. The breakfast and buffet quality and selection overall was great. I also have a food allergy and they were extra careful and accommodating to point out what I could eat safely. For dinner, it’s a bit awkward. It is Buffett only and have to order drinks (even tap water) and pay separately- which is odd and a bit inconvenient. They should better explain how dinner works when you check in as that would have been helpful and aided our decisions.

Immer wieder gern in dieses Hotel
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es liegt ruhig, der Blick auf den Bleder See war atemberaubend, gutes Essen, kostenlose Parkplätze, wenige Meter zum See und in den Ort, alles sehr sauber, eine sehr schöne Badelandschaft, freundliches Personal. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und Wechsel der Handtücher wären nicht zwingend notwendig gewesen.

If you like a hotel mainly for tour groups and mediocre food, the Sava Hotel-run Rikli Balance hotel is for you. It advertises itself as being green and sustainable. The infrastructure does as with furnishings and recycling. But the food doesn't live up to the 2022 green award that it is supposed to have received. Instant coffee pockets in rooms, canned fruit cocktail salad, and overcooked, boiled veges showing up in buffets. Sava Hotel management can certainly do better than this if it wants to keep its reputation and live up to the spirit of Rikli. That's the challenge to their creativity.

Modern renovations - but with a 1-star soul.
Despite tasteful and modern renovations the hotel tries so hard to be a 1-star property. The decent hard product is so poorly let down by terrible service. All aspects of the soft product seem to be defined by stinginess. I have never encountered such unhappy reception staff worldwide - a poor reflection of otherwise wonderful Slovenian hospitality encountered everywhere else in the country. Reception staff are bothered by mere existence of guests - whether at check-in, asking for recommendations, or asking about hotel facilities. The only "smile" (at best a smirk) was seen when checking out. Expect one-word replies to any queries- getting any further information would be like pulling teeth. When asking receptionist about bike-rental facilities at the hotel, was sharply told that bike rental was only available to hotel guests despite clearly being a hotel guest myself. Made the terrible mistake of forgetting my keycard in the room one day. When asking for a replacement card, was scolded loudly "Why, where is your key?!" After establishing that the key was just left behind in the room and not lost, receptionist finally and begrudgingly cut a new keycard. Bathroom only stocks 3-in-1 hand/body/hair liquid soap. Finally, despite unseasonably warm weather in Bled, aircon was completely shut off with no possibility of turning on, and when inquiring about this was sarcastically told "if you feel hot just go out". Hardly the 4* Sup property the hotel claims to be.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The lake view from our view was amazing and very impressive. The spa was a lovely experience and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool option. Some small things would have made our experience better including the room clean. Some things were missing like a glass not being replaced etc but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Fabulous clean hotel, great food, great service and super helpful staff. Great views in a great location only 5 mins walk from the lake. The pool and wellness centre were amazing and recommended the massages after all the walking !
