Welcome to our beautiful lakefront cabin—a farmhouse-style retreat on nearly 200 private acres. Unlike a community setting, this property offers complete privacy and seclusion.

Conveniently located just 1 hour from NYC and 20 minutes from local ski resorts, the property is also close to Blair Academy, several national parks, golf courses, and horseback riding—making it the perfect year-round escape.

The property is completely open with no fencing, aside from the front gate.

You’re welcome to enjoy the tennis court, lake, and hiking trails, but please be mindful of our neighbors’ property lines. Boundaries are clearly marked by either a stone wall or POSTED / PRIVATE PROPERTY signs.

House Guidelines & Information

We’re delighted to welcome you to our estate! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review the following guidelines.

Reservations & Guests
Your reservation must include the correct number of guests and pets.
If you plan to invite additional visitors, please let us know in advance. Extra guest fees apply for both overnight stays and day visitors.
The property is monitored by security cameras at the front gate and at each home.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Please provide your approximate arrival time in advance.
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available (depending on occupancy) for a $100 fee.

Capacity & Events
Our estate is ideal for family gatherings, retreats, small weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
Maximum total capacity: 20 guests across 3 chalets (Dream – 6 guests, Believe – 6 guests, Achieve – 8 guests).
This is a family- and nature-friendly property. It is not suitable for large parties or groups looking to host loud events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM onwards.

Garbage & Cleaning
Please take all garbage to the designated bins at the front of the property. Do not leave trash inside or outside the cottage—it attracts wildlife.
This is your home during your stay. Please keep it tidy and treat it with care.
Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.

Pets
If you’re bringing pets:

Do not allow pets to swim in the lake and then enter the home.

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture unless they are dry and clean.

Please bring extra towels for your pets—do not use guest towels.

Towels
Guest towels are for people only. Do not use them for pets, shoes, or outdoor activities.
Please keep towels inside the home.

Fireplaces & Firepits
Firewood and matches are provided. Please bring your own fire starters.
Do not overfill fireplaces with wood. Fires must be monitored at all times.

Amenities & Equipment Provided
Essentials: toiletries, robes, sheets, blankets, towels, hair dryer, cleaning products.
Kitchen: Nespresso coffee maker (regular pods), toaster, cookware, silverware, wine glasses, oil, salt, pepper, mixer, etc.
Laundry: washer & dryer in each home (detergent & softener included).
If you need something specific, please ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Traveling with Babies & Kids
A real crib with a new mattress is available.
Additional cribs can be arranged upon request (subject to availability).
We are kid-friendly—please let us know if you need special arrangements.

Tennis
The estate has a newly refinished tennis court available for guest use, free of charge.
Tennis rackets are provided (balls available when stocked).
Please return all rackets and balls and keep the court tidy for the next guest.

Housekeeping
Mid-stay housekeeping services are available upon request.
We are in the middle of a beautiful forest—please be mindful:
You may encounter deer, foxes, coyotes, raccoons, turkeys, turtles, snakes, and even bears.
Bugs, bees, spiders, and flies are common—please keep doors closed and be cautious while hiking.
Most wildlife will avoid you, but respect their space.
