'It s not 4,5 stars the staf is friendly but the hotel is old. Also the rooms look old. The bed was great but you must shower in the bath. It is a old building and that is what you see in the maintenance'

Hotel is geupdate redelijk netjes In weekend veel lawaai op straat/gehorig De plaats zelf is ongezellig/ mijn advies zou zijn overslaan Restaurant eten hebben wij als "slecht" ervaren (gegrild vlees niet gegrild/koud/ koude borden/onverzorgd geserveerd) er werd ons een tegemoetkoming aangeboden in de vorm van een fles bronwater'

'Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.'

'Disappointed that the new owners had not got food on if I’d known I wouldn’t have booked there ended waking half a mile to find food and taxi back not very good '

'The cabin was in a fantastic, secluded and natural position. Having no tv aloud you to really switch off and get back to nature. Bird lovers paradise. The cabin was small but perfectly formed and with the log burner, was nice and cosy while it was cold and raining outside! Being pet friendly, we were able to take the dog to enjoy it all too. The veranda being enclosed was a great feature. The wood fired hot tub is an excellent addition. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to...

'I felt comfortable soon has i walked in staff where lovely, the only thing was they had a power cut for 12 hours and it was pitch black in the bedroom i know its not there fault but i have a walking disability which i try to keep to my self. But other than that i have had a fantastic stay.'
