The area is quiet and feels very safe, and while we havenât interacted much with the staff beyond check-in and check-out, theyâve always been friendly and helpful. Weâll definitely be back again. »
« The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad. »
« We were very worried that we would hear the planes all night, but we didn't! It was very quite and very clean. The Staff was absolutely lovely! This hotel was also only a 10 min drive from the convention center. A Wonderful visit and we will definitely be staying there again for next year's convention. »
