'This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.'

We had to ask for towel. The elevator was super wet and smell very bad. It does come with free breakfast which was good. Absolutely limited parking as a party was ongoing taking away all the parking. Staff in the front desk was burned out. If you need something quick just to sleep, it is okay but be prepared...

'This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.'

'The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.'
