Place was great. Only thing I will say is that there is only one shower. Didn't realize this when booking and it might have said it though and I read past it thinking 2 bathrooms meant 2 showers. but everything was clean and super nice. Just with larger group, the one shower took a lil extra planning with each other

The house was in a good location for us because our daughter was married at a nearby church. It worked well; but I was a bit disappointed because due to the photos and description, I expedited it to be newer and of better quality. It was spacious, but split into two levels. The interior colors were quite dark for my taste, but the lighting helped.

Great location and safe neighborhood! Check-in process was easy. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Bunk beds were a little rickety and noisy which isn't ideal if you're a light sleeper. There were exactly as many towels as guests so would be nice to have a few extra so you don't have to do a load of laundry if you need more for some reason. Overall a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again!

The location is great. Easy access to everything. It was inconvenient for the Master bedroom to be downstairs with a half bath. The only shower/bathtub was on the first floor for 4 adults to share and it was so deep it made it hard to get in & out of the tub. It was great to be able to use the garage but there was no handrail on the steps and with the hump in the concrete it made it unstable to use. Once you know these things you're okay.

We really appreciated the clear instructions and clear communication from the host about check-in and check-out, and the amenities that made it feel like it was our own home. Our kids loved cooking s’mores and playing games downstairs. Beds were comfy, AC was LOVELY on hot days, and we had plenty of room to spread out. We really couldn’t ask for more in this space. Perfect location

We had a minor glitch in our check-in, but the host corrected the problem immediately. This home was perfect for our stay in Bismarck. There were four adults and three kids ages 10 and under and there was plenty of room for all. The location is great! Located just a block off Divide Ave, we were able to get anywhere we wanted very easily. Very clean, big back yard for the kids to play, well-stocked. Excellent communication with the host, who responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was not as great as advertised. I am glad I did not have the great grandchildren as the games in the basement were old and did not work properly, I asked for a WiFi password a day before and ended up having to contact the owner for several reasons which could have been avoided if clear communication took place. Requiring a 10 am checkout is inconvenient even though we checked out at 8;00 am. Will not book this property again.
