Quietly located, 15 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes walk from Lake Latécoère, decorated with care, with living room, dining room, open kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, washing machine. 2 bedrooms with storage and new bedding: one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with 2 small beds (90x190). (linen not provided). Separate toilets. Swimming pool, enclosed and wooded garden of 800 m2, not overlooked, overlooking the forest.<br>The accommodations are quiet and spacious. In both bedrooms the bedding is recent. The kitchen is equipped and open to the living room for more conviviality. A bay window illuminates the whole with natural light, giving a glimpse of the swimming pool. Sheets, towels and other household linen are not provided. Cleaning is not included in the price, so you must clean yourself or book a cleaning service through us but in advance. Rentals in July and August are from Saturday to Saturday.
