The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels.

The property is ideal for single use but couples could could also enjoy the accommodation. It’s small bijou compact perfect in functionality very well maintained and obviously perfect for central locations. Down side is the bars have to be noisy particularly in mornings when refuse has to be collected.Binmen have to do their job. Overall it is fantastic in upkeep and accessible. Will always come back .

Convenient City Centre Choice
Really convenient location next to the cathedral. Ideal for enjoying the bars and nearby restaurants. Compact sized room ideal for solo traveller with small double bed. Access to the room requires 2 key codes - so make sure you have a copy of them on you before leaving the room. If you like to go to bed early then maybe not the place to stay. Pub opposite had live music until 11:00 pm on the weekday night I stayed. Car park was about 5 minutes walk.

Excellent accommodation but remember it is city central with all the Nocturnal noises into the early hours you get with the pubs and restaurants around you. No problem if you are sound sleeper 😀.

Great location
This is our third stay at the property and it is always our go-to place in Coventry because of the location. The flat is small but has everything you need. It's getting a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint. The only down-side for us is that the bed is very small (smaller than your average double) and the mattress is getting a bit lumpy. It is always really hot in there.

While this place was priced competitively the rooms are small not hugely well appointed and. Very stuffy . I absolutely hated the check in via a code waited ages and found that it was e mailed had trouble getting my e mail tried to call no one around very stressful would not come back here

Hi Stweart, I am very sorry to hear of your experience - the property is unmanned, and in the welcome letter, that is sent out prior to your arrival, it indicates that a code will be issued before your check in time - There should have been someone to take your call from 2pm as indicated too in your welcome letter, or by email outside these times.I fully appreciate your feedback and will use this to see how we can make positive changes.

The door lock system was a big problem, eventually was given a door key to resolve it. The frying pan was poor quality. The room did not have a toaster until I requested it. The room did not have a remote control for tv until I requested it. I had to request the bin to be emptied and extra toilet rolls. The only good thing was the location of the property. I would not stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to review; I checked the door lock following your departure and unfortunately could not find the fault - the door locks automatically within 5 seconds of opening or closing, and can be secured by pressing the lockstate button. I appreciate that there was an issue at the time, however it does not seem to remain but will investigate further. The items in the apartment should have been there or in good repair, and I am really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Room access issues
Room itself was very basic, but well located. The main problem with my stay was that on arrival I was given a code to access the building and my room. I was surprised when I entered the latter to find someone else's things in there. I called the number I'd been given and they sorted out the issue and I went out for dinner. On my return I could no longer access the room and had to wait for seciurit to come and gain me access. They did so, and with good grace, but the access issues plus the basic nature of the room mean that I would not recommend this accommodation

A good find
It was a great location, in the middle of the city centre, it wasn’t noisy which is what I was expecting, as it was next to a pub, but the walls are paper thin, I could hear what next door were saying!

The location was great, but the parking wasn’t good as you couldn’t park outside the building as it was for blue badge holders only. The room was good it had a fridge and hob. I stayed a week, and only 2 nights there was someone staying in the room next to me, I could hear their convos. But I would stay there again .

Great City Centre location and easy to find and access. The room was an ideal size for a solo traveller and had all of the amenities I required, shower gel/shampoo, hairdryer etc. The condition of the property requires a bit of touching up in places, but the studio was very clean and ideal for an overnight stay.

When I arrived I was thrilled with this accommodation, which was new, clean, excellently appointed and in an apparently great location. However when I returned in the evening I realised the downside - the pubs opposite and below are unbelievably noisy, with extremely loud music into the early hours. There's no possibility of sleeping with the windows open which meant my room at the top was also boiling hot - need air conditioning.

Excellent location by the Cathedral and bars and restaurants just around the corner. Easy entry to the building and apartment which had enough facilities. Only disappointments were it only had a skylight rather than window which would have had lovely view of the Cathedral. Also walls were thin- I could hear guy next door snoring!
