The Space:

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, and all essentials, plus a smart TV, high-speed WiFi, hairdryer, and luxurious bathroom amenities. Access to the building is automated through a front entry code, and the apartment is accessed via a lockbox for easy, flexible self check-in.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the first floor, accessed via stairs (no lift). Street parking is available directly outside on a pay and display basis. There is also a car park just around the corner next to Jewellery Quarter station.

Saint Paul's Market — the brand new food hall on Mary Ann Street — has just opened right on your doorstep, featuring 7 independent kitchens, 2 bars, and 500 seats across 2 floors. Visit Birmingham Expect fried chicken and waffles, Persian grilled meats, Thai BBQ small plates, epic bao buns, craft cocktails and locally brewed beers — all from Birmingham's best independent names, all under one roof. Beyond the food hall, the wider JQ has everything from relaxed neighbourhood bars and bottomless brunch spots to Caribbean restaurants and Indian street food.

For everyday essentials, Tesco Express is right in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter on Frederick Street EE, just a short walk away and open late every day — perfect for picking up breakfast bits or last-minute supplies.

Getting Around:

Jewellery Quarter Metro station is just a 3 minute walk from the property. The Metro runs frequently and Birmingham city centre is one stop away, around 8 minutes, dropping you right by Birmingham New Street. If you prefer to walk, the city centre is about 15 minutes on foot. If you're arriving by train into New Street, the Metro departs from just outside the station (signposted Grand Central) and you'll be at the property in one stop. If you're travelling on a Chiltern Railways service from London Marylebone, you can also arrive directly into Birmingham Moor Street, which has regular trains to Jewellery Quarter station. If you're driving, there is paid on-street parking directly outside the property, and a short walk around the corner you'll find a paid car park next to Jewellery Quarter train station. The on street parking is free from 6pm to 8am Monday to Saturday and free all day on Sunday and Bank holidays, chargeable out of these hours. Note that Birmingham operates a Clean Air Zone, so it's worth checking whether your vehicle is affected before your visit.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs; there is no lift in the building.
