Margate is approximately 5 miles away and can be reached in around 10 minutes by car, while Birchington Train Station provides convenient access to all of Thanet's coastal towns. With charming cafés, local pubs, coastal cycling routes, and scenic cliff-top walks nearby, it's an ideal destination for relaxation and exploration alike. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for self-catering, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and coffee machine, alongside a comfortable living and dining area where guests can relax and spend quality time together. The lounge also includes a Smart TV, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite streaming services using their own account login details.

Two cosy bedrooms, comprising one king bedroom and one double bedroom, offer comfortable beds and quality linens and ample storage.

The modern bathroom is well-appointed and features a bath with an overhead shower. Essentials including fresh towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, and basic kitchen supplies are provided for your convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy a sunny rear garden with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or simply relaxing after a day exploring the coast. The property also benefits from parking for one vehicle.
