The spacious hallway leads to the living room with adjoining kitchen with sliding door. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. Sufficient dishes are available. In the adjoining living room with high quality furniture you will find a sofa bed for the 3. Person, flat screen TV, music system and three armchairs to relax. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the covered south-west balcony with a beach chair, which is accessible from the living room and has solid furniture and a comfortable sun lounger. As a further special you can from the summer season (from 01. May to 30th September) use a private beach chair free of charge directly on the beach. A private parking lot is available for you directly at the house. You can use the coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the neighboring house.
