'I made reservations the night before knowing we would arrive after midnight, as our flight had been delayed multiple times. I sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we were arriving after midnight. I also tried calling the hotel before leaving but no one picked up. We arrived at 1am at DFW after issues with the plane and getting a rental car, but with time change got to hotel at 3 am. We arrived and were told we were a “no show” because we did not arrive before midnight. They...

'We arrived a couple of hours ahead of checkin and they allowed us to check in early. The room along with the rest of the property was very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was on par. The location was great being right by the mall it was close to attractions and shopping. All in all a great stay. We will be back. '

'This is a nice property, it is clean and elegant. The staff was very nice and accommodating and proactive. Only thing, there was no microwave in the room. Loved the espresso machine in the room. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. '
