'Lovely experience staying there. The staff was so friendly and helpful! A big welcoming smile goes along way! Our room was dated but it was clean and accommodated us and our 4 children which was why we specifically booked this hotel as many hotels request multiple rooms to be booked and that’s never really in the budget. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool and LOVED the free cookies at the front desk. We would definitely stay there again. Thankyou! '

'A very comfortable, clean facility with a gracious host and hostess. An exceptional breakfast each morning. A very convenient location to the hospital. Leave your car parked at the B & B. A matter of steps to the hospital. Move back and forth from the hospital during the day allowing rest time for the patient. I highly recommend this B & B. I spent five nights. No hesitation in going back. '

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'THE HOTEL STAFF WAS GREAT. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT THE DINNER WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. 2RD FLOOR HALLWAY CARPET NEEDS CLEANING BADLY. WE HAD A KING BED SUITE AND WITH THE KITCHEN YOU COULD LIVE THERE A LONG TIME. REAL NICE FEEL TO THE PLACE.'
