« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« The property is not bad, but I was a tad bit diaspointed considering this is a Marriot property. First, the toilet was dated and the flush valve needed to be changed, so the toilet would continue to run. Also, I was not a fan of the room's configuration. Having the TV placed in such a way that forces guests to rotate it in order to see can be a little annoying. « Great area. I’m a Springfield native for 34 years but moved to Iowa and now when we visit this is our go to hotel. Breakfast is amazing and it’s really affordable »

« Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...

« I have stayed at this property before. Don't believe I'll stay here again. The check in was fine and the room was clean. I know it is an older place but for the price point it was fine. Then tried to turn on the TV, it didnt work. It was 930 pm, so it wasnt much of a bother. After that, I started to look at other things. A shower that was confusing to operate, shoddy drywall repairs, no hangars on the closet rod, curtains that wouldn't close enough to block the very bright lights outside,...

« Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell »
