Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Everything was great but the parking.
We were informed by email the night before we showed up that they could only accommodate 6’5” tall vehicles for their parking garage. With our roof rack on our truck, we were at about 6’7”. They said call so they could arrange parking. We did, but no one would pick up.
We showed up at around 5 pm, and without knowing if we would be able to stay there. We were informed by staff that they had no option for us aside from finding a place of metered parking on the street. We asked if the vehicle would be safe or if the area experienced much crime. We were told that it was not their problem. We had little choice at the time aside from walking away from our prepaid room, so we parked and went inside.
On our way in, I measured to the ceiling of the parking structure and found many available spaces were well above 6’7” tall, and even some spaces uncovered. Why couldn’t the staff at least have tried to find us a space on the property? They could have told us that we could at least look. We ended up staying on the street since we were already parked and paid the meter.
Just a little help from the staff would have solved everything but they seemed like they didn’t care.
