'Clean room and helpful staff'

'This is a unique property which oozes old world charm. The village is in a pretty part of the UK and is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. '

'Lovely room & gardens, great place for walking and exploring the South Downs'

'The comrade between staff, staff and clients makes this a MUST RETURN TO venue.'

'Very nice'

'Its a lovely building, full of character existing features. Parking at the back of the building with easy access. My room was the honeymoon suite. Large but cozy including a spacious bathroom with jacuzy for at least 2. Plenty of storage space and a large comfy bed. Plenty of choices for breakfast that can be bought to your room or served in the light, bright dining room with garden views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definately stay there again.'

'Super lieve gastvrouw Lucie , warm ontvangst. Top adres , thank you Lucie!'

'Leuke locatie, mooi hotel, redelijk stil op het moment van ons verblijf. Menukaart niet heel spannend maar eten was goed.'

'Heerlijk oorspronkelijk engelse sfeer, compleet met lounge met open haard. Goed eten, geen pub food, maar wat chiquer.'

'On a busy road but ok'

'Beautiful hotel close to the city of Arundel. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's plenty of options on the hotel ground itself to entertain you including a golf course. Currently a part of the hotel is in repairs so make sure you check on the status of it before you go.'

'Staff was incredible! Extremely friendly and helpful. State of the room was so-so. It has had its best days. '

'Staff extremely pleasant and helpful - food and amenities were really good'

'We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. It happened to be very hot while we were visiting, so having a fan provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated! The hotel has a lovely communal area at the entrance where complementary tea,...

'Absolutely immaculate accommodation. AC in the bedrooms was fab. Could do with it in the bar and restaurant too. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good. Friendly staff.'

'I does exactly what it says. Clean and functional.'

'Hotelkamer te warm. Verder alles okay. '

'Attractive small hotel in a quiet location and very close to the beach. Rooms are small but well appointed with all that one needs. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Car park is tight so not for nervous drivers! Breakfast is freshly cooked but limited choice - more fruit would be nice! The dining area (outdoors in nice weather) gets very busy and lively - a good sign but can be a little noisy - but not late in the evening. Recommended.'
