A charming house ideally located for exploring the Arcachon Basin.
Located just 35 km from Bordeaux, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne (the fresh waters of the Leyre River and the ocean).
Our house serves as the perfect starting point for wonderful walks, while also offering a pleasant place to relax and a play area for children.
Our single-story house is situated on a fenced-in lot of 755 m² with space to park your car.
Between swimming and walking, you’re in for some beautiful days!
Our house is sunny all day long. It features an open-concept living area—including a living room, dining room, and kitchen—of approximately 45 m² that opens onto the terrace, the garden, and the pool.
The sleeping area includes:
- 1 master bedroom with 1 140x200 bed
- 1 children’s bedroom with two mid-height beds with safety rails, 90x190
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed measuring 140x190

The garden is a big hit with the kids, featuring a swing, by parents, with a small outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying drinks, and its above-ground pool measuring 5.49 x 2.74 re and 1.22 m deep. The pool features a removable ladder for optimal safety.
On the covered patio, an outdoor table for 6–8 people (with a sliding extension) is at your disposal. A large umbrella will come in handy in the evening for drinks in the garden or meals on the terrace.
From our house, you can reach Arcachon in 25 minutes, Andernos in 20 minutes, and the ocean in 30 minutes (with various beaches accessible), the Dune du Pyla (Europe’s tallest dune) in 25 minutes by car or via the Baïa bus/train network for 1 euro per person per trip, downtown Bordeaux in 35 minutes, and the Entre-deux-Mers and Médoc vineyards (55 minutes).
You’ll be 38 minutes by car from the airport and 5 km from the Marcheprime train station or 6 km from the Biganos train station, with a direct line to Bordeaux’s Saint-Jean station.


Halfway between Arcachon and the Cap Ferret headland, the heart of the Arcachon Basin reveals itself to the curious. Between the coastline, the Eyre Delta, and the pine forest, residents and visitors alike enjoy landscapes of varied colors in every season. Here, in the heart of the LANDES DE GASCOGNE REGIONAL NATURE PARK, a cultural and natural heritage worth protecting is passed down through the generations—and we invite you to discover it on foot, by bike, or on the water.
Green spaces and the harbor, with its typical colorful huts in the shade of tall oak trees, make this a favorite spot for nature lovers.
Well-equipped with services and amenities, it remains lively all year round.

Biganos is a very pleasant town to live in and offers every comfort:
- Bike paths wind through the forests, leading to Audenge (Europe’s longest outdoor seawater pool with wheelchair access; birdwatching at the Domaines de Certes-Graveyron), Lanton (equipped beach), Mios (tree-climbing in the adventure park, canoeing), Marcheprime, Le Teich, Gujan-Mestras (Aqualand, La Coccinelle amusement park, Kid Parc, Lake Magdeleine, donkey rides, hiking, casino), La Teste-de-Buch, Arcachon.
