Custom Big Dog Lodge | Ski-In/Out + Hot Tub

  • Betoverende uitzichten op Lone Peak, de Middle Fork Creek en de omliggende bergvlakte maken Big Dog Lodge op elk moment van het jaar de perfecte achtergrond voor uw Big Sky-avonturen.  Gelegen op slechts een korte wandeling van het bergdorp en het basisgebied, maar toch prachtig afgelegen, kijkt de ski-in / ski-out-accommodatie uit over een ongerept dennenbos en fluisterende bergbeek, waardoor er voldoende gelegenheid is om dieren in het wild te bekijken. Dit blokhut van 4.000 vierkante meter in Montana is zeer geschikt voor twee gezinnen, grotere groepen of de jaarlijkse vakantie voor jongens en meisjes, en biedt een overvloed aan elegante ruimte om in stijl te verzamelen of te spreiden.  Met een geroosterde open haard en een schilderachtig terras op elk van de 3 niveaus, zal dit knusse verhalenboek thuis zeker voldoen en verbazen.  Vergeet de marshmallows niet!  Uitgerust met een buitenvuurplaats, kun je in luxe leven en toch een echt creekside kampvuur ervaren onder de sterren.  Schitterend geïsoleerd maar toch dicht genoeg bij alle actie, en slechts 45 schilderachtige mijlen van West Yellowstone, dit ongelooflijke alpine toevluchtsoord vormt een geïnspireerd startpunt voor waar uw dag u ook brengt!




    Ski Access: ski in en uit naar Big Sky Resort. Het beste voor skiërs. Mogelijk voor kinderen en snowboarders, maar skiën voor deze groepen kan moeilijker zijn. Aan het einde van de dag kan het gemakkelijker zijn om kinderen of snowboarders op te halen in het gebied waar de skiërs afleveren.
    Ski Out:
    Ski de oprit af en ga linksaf. Volg de weg tot het einde van de Thunderwolf Lift Access.
    Ski In:
    Ski In - Intermediair en expert brengen Silverknife naar Poma terug. Ski langs de onderkant van de Poma op de ski-route naar Low Dog Road. Vanaf hier ski de weg terug naar het huis. We raden beginners ski aan naar het Summit Hotel en lopen de voorkant van het hotel uit en skiën de weg helemaal terug naar Low Dog Road. Silverknife is misschien te stap voor beginners. Opmerking: tijdens perioden van smelten kan de weg worden blootgesteld en kan de eigenschap de toegang tot de ski's verliezen, omdat de weg noodzakelijk is voor delen van het proces.
    Home is alleen ski toegankelijk wanneer de weg met sneeuw bedekt is.

Love this house!

This house continues to be an amazing place for us to stay when we come to Big Sky. Love this house top to bottom. So cozy and comfy, and we really enjoyed our stay at this house.

Big Sky Adventure

Wonderful house in a beautiful area. We had six adults and eight children from three different families visiting and never felt cramped or bored. House is beautiful with multiple levels to separate adults and children, as well as games, pool table, hot tub, and hiking. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

Wow! What a beautiful property!! We absolutely loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the home was lovely and comfortable. We came for Labor Day weekend and the town wasn’t too crowded at all. We’d definitely book here again.

Had high hopes and it exceeded those.

We would love to stay here again. This house has it all. Our family really enjoyed it. The views are amazing from the living room. Can't say that enough. Hot tub is large. Kitchen is great and well stocked with cooking items. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that this house was awesome and we would absolutely come back.

Skin in SKi out was great

The property was beautiful and the location was great. The kitchen however leaves quite a bit to be desired. The oven did not work and the cooking pots, pans, and utensils were awful. It was hard to get reservations for dinner in the Big Sky area even starting weeks in advance, so If you plan on making breakfast or any meals you had better plan on bringing some cooking gear! The kitchen for us was a real letdown to the experience.

Great, except for animals in walls

The house is beautiful, great location, well furnished. We were thrilled until the first night when we were playing pool in the lower level and began to hear several animals inside the walls and ceiling scratching very loudly. They could be easily heard in both bedrooms, one of the bathrooms, and above the pool table. Obviously nobody wanted to sleep in those rooms, so the six of us packed into the upstairs rooms. We promptly notified the management. The only response we got is that the maintenance people "set up some traps"- no further follow-up. The animals were just as loud the next two nights. I realize this is not an easy problem to fix, but staying in an expensive 4 bedroom home for three nights and only having use of 2 bedrooms is unacceptable. I'd recommend looking into houses with a different management group.

Tranquil Cabin

We stayed here with a large group, 12 people and a lot of kids. Everyone had ample space and there was a lot to keep everyone busy, from the pool table and Wii to the hot tub and fire pit. The management company provided wood and fire starter as well as heated the hot tub before arrival. Great touches. There is also a small creek in the backyard, we enjoyed hanging out and listening to the running water. Saw multiple elk and deer from our window, and the living room window has an incredible view of lone mountain. Overall great stay, everyone left happy and content.

Lovely Mountain House

This was our first visit to Big Sky and we could not have been happier with the house. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. The seating was perfect for our group and the view of the mountain was incredible. We cannot wait to return.

Big Sky family reunion

Perfect accommodations for our family. Love the bedrooms on different level. 5 small children loved to ski all day come home and played in the snow until dark. Most meals made at this lovely home with so many amenities. Great hot tub. One of my sons left gloves outside on porch and the next morning found one glove chewed on, and the other one was gone. We were able to see fox at least twice. The ski in, ski out worked well even for the littlest ones. Many beautiful memories made.

Perfect ski in ski out house with a short walk to the mountain village area. Nice house and quiet neighborhood. Jacuzzi was great after skiing with a nice foot massager.

Big Dog Lodge

We had a fantastic family vacation at the Big Dog Lodge! The house is spacious, very well equipped and has beautiful views of Lone Peak. There is a nice walk to the lake and resort area to enjoy all the activities. The management was very responsive to our requests and made sure we had everything we needed. We would gladly stay again! The only item to note is that you can hear the traffic from the road across the street, so it’s not super quiet when out on the deck. There’s quite a bit of construction (and thus large trucks) going on this summer, so that might be the reason.

Home enhanced our stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our 3 year old grandson said he didn't want to leave and wanted this house to be his house! I rented this home based on the living area spaciousness and views. They did not disappoint. Gorgeous view of lone peak from the living room and we had so much room to lounge. The decks were great(3) views of the treed hillside and creek. Location was a good with proximity to resort and also a short drive to town. We enjoyed the hot tub and everything about the home. One of the hair dryers did not work but there were 3 others available. I think our stay was so enjoyabe because we had such a nice place to come home to. Rent this home with confidence.

Montana trip

Booked this vacation with the money President Biden and congress stole from the American tax payer! The property is very nice, the remote control for the upstairs fireplace was nice, not sure if fire place worked down stairs couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, over all it was a very nice trip

Amazing Home!!!

We loved every minute in this house. We had everything we needed and then some. I will stay here again and again when I'm in the area, and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful home in the Big Sky area to stay here.
