A converted hayloft, Swallow Cottage is a charming, one level countryside cottage sleeping four people in two bedrooms. Enjoy countryside views and additional onsite communal facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, a games room and a children's play area. Situated only a short drive from the coast, Swallow Cottage provides the best of both worlds being surrounded by rolling Devon hills yet close enough to the coast for a fantastic day trip to the beach.

The external wooden staircase in the courtyard leads up to the cottage and its open-plan kitchen, diner and living space. The cottage opens into a modern kitchen with a beautiful breakfast bar extending the kitchen, before introducing the dining space and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, an electric oven and hob, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The dining table comfortably seats four people in the corner of the room. The lounge has two sofas directed towards the TV stand in the corner, which has Freeview TV and a DVD player for evening entertainment. The velux window in the eves and large kitchen window lets plenty of light into the open plan room.

The master bedroom at Swallow Cottage has a double bed with bedside tables and a Velux window with views of the garden. The second bedroom has bunk beds, which are well lit by velux windows offering a fantastic view from the top bunk. The family bathroom has a bathtub, a w/c and a wash basin.

Swallow Cottage has access to an enclosed garden with garden furniture across the courtyard, which offers guests a private outdoor space. The swimming pool, kids play area and games round can be found around the back of the property and offer great entertainment for the whole family.

Please note towels and linen provided but you must bring your own beach and swimming pool equipment. Dogs may be on site as some cottages are dog friendly. Young children should be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool and games room. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available upon request
