Enter through the quaint garden gate and take the path across your lawn and private patio to the door where upon entry you will be greeted by a delightfully bright and uplifting open plan living space, with original stone walls, a comfortable sofa alongside a wingback chair and electric wood burning effect stove for an added cosy touch.

The wooden dining table speaks of simplicity and charm, perfect for leisurely meals or family feasts whilst the spacious kitchen is ready to handle everything from morning coffee to sublime creations. Spiral stairs add a touch of whimsy as they lead to the upper floor, where two cosy bedrooms await, one adaptable with twin beds that can be transformed into a super king-size, and the other a comfortable double. A fun-filled day out at the Milky Way Adventure Park waits for all ages, whilst the rugged Hartland Devon Heritage Coast reveals dramatic cliffs lashed by the vast Atlantic Ocean and the final resting place of many shipwrecks.
