'What makes Leonor special is the service. Staff is very friendly. From check in to check out you are taken care of, always with a smile. Food is delicious, bar is inviting and cozy. Room is modern and bed is so comfortable. We also used their parking, very handy. Don't even look further, this is the place to stay in Strasbourg. We will certainly be back! '

'The hotel has a beautiful old entrance and is situated right outside of the city center close to a parking garage. The breakfast selection was big and you could also order eggs or waffles. We even got a free upgrade from classic to deluxe. The only downside of the hotel would be the shower. It is a bath/shower combination so the shower is quite low and not as convenient as a regular shower. '

'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all...

'Location right in the center of town. Near parking. You pay 28€ instead of 44€. Not clear on the hotel website. Petit France and cathedral and all the shopping streets are easily walkable. Breakfast has unique make your own juice section and the food was amazing. A lot of local specialties of offer. The room was really comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower. There is also a fridge. Bed was a bit smallish. All in all an excellent boutique hotel. '

'Very nice stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and has even a kitchen. The sheet cover of the bed was dirty (blood and coffee?) and changed it a day later at the housekeeper. Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner. '

We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade naar een mooiere kamer. prima. Het hotel was netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt was naar Franse maatstaf best uitgebreid. De ontbijtzaal is niet te groot.'
