'Breakfast was ok, for this type of hotel can be better with more varieties. No local sweets as paxlava, etc. spa - Turkish bath does not work , very slippery (be careful when entering parilky). None of 3 pools are heated. Safe box accidentally closed then took 3 hours to find the man with master key. The view is amazing, property and room are pretty clean, but too many cats outside that jump to your table and you can’t leave your plate unattended. Staff were good, friendly. Close to the beach...

'Worst hotel ever. Doesn't worth it '

'Great stay, except we did not have water for about 4-5 hours, it stopped working while I was in the shower and full of soap. The next day the AC stopped working, but I have to say that the employees were very accommodating and gave us another room for us to sleep in because it was so hot. Because of how the employees handled it I would stay there again. The rest of my stay was well worth it. It is a wonderful location, although not easy to find at first, but once there the food was great and so...

'Checking in was quick and easy. Staff were polite and helpful. Thank you to the staff who helped me. I liked my room which was spacious. This hotel is a great place to relax. I will definitely return soon.'

'Odam her gün temizlendi.Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.Teşekkürler her şey için'

'Location was very great. Terrace restaurant view to Flame towers and view of city. Staff very professional. They are very kind and helpful.'

'You book with them, but when you turn up your room is not available and you have to settle for a lot lesser room, or cancel and wander the streets looking elsewhere. The staff were nice and friendly but the way the hotel works and the way they will take bookings when the room you try to book is not available is very wrong. We booked the Panoramic 2 bed apartment with Balcony but got 1 night in a very ordinary hotel room and another in a unpleasant apartment.'

'Lovely hotel. Quite quirky but large rooms and interesting decor. Baku itself is fascinating and a city of contrasts.'

'Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly people'

'Top ervaring gehad! Alles was fantastisch. Voor herhaling vatbaar'

'Friendly staff'

'Siamo arrivati di sera tardi a Baku e giunti in hotel scopriamo che le nostre stanze erano state date via, senza alcun motivo e senza preavviso. Il personale, che a malapena comprendeva l’inglese, si è comportato come se tutto ciò fosse normale. Ps: ancora siamo in attesa del rimborso da parte di Expedia.'

'very nice and quite hotel, staff very nice and helpful for everything Love it diffinetly will o.e back'
