THE ATMOSPHERE
Our holiday apartment BEACHVIEW is a renovated gem with a beautiful interior ! Incredibly bright and ideally located in Biarritz, it’s the perfect vacation apartment for a couple’s getaway right in the heart of Biarritz ! You just have to get down the Bellevue Residence to dip your toes in the Grande Plage’s (main beach) sand. It’s hard to find a better location for your next holidays in the Basque Country !

THE APARTMENT
BEACHVIEW’s living room is a warm and extremely bright living area. It’s equipped with a flat screen TV, a comfortable leather couch and a breathtaking view over Biarritz’s main beach and lighthouse in the backdrop. We love the chosen design and industrial interior decor and especially the black & white pictures of Biarritz at the early twentieth century. This will definitely take you back ! The living room is naturally connected to the bedroom thanks to the beautiful indoor window, bringing even more space and natural daylight ! The kitchen of this pretty holiday rental in Biarritz is fully equipped and features everything you need to feel right at home ! It’s a brand new kitchen open onto the living room and it has a dining table that can seat up to 4 people.

THE BEDROOMS
BEACHVIEW features a suite with King-size bed and an incredible ocean view ! Early morning from your bed directly you have the best seats to observe the surfing conditions of the Grande Plage, and at night, you go to bed hearing the sound of the waves crashing… This cozy bedroom has a large closet and a bathroom with toilets. We particularly dig the bathroom’s tiles !

HOW CONVENIENT
It’s possible to park in front of the building (depending on the availability). If this one is full the underground parking of Bellevue is located a 5-minute walk away from the apartment.

WHAT WE LOVE
In case you haven’t read properly: BEACHVIEW has the best ocean views in town ! From the living room’s and bedroom’s windows, you’re in for a blast of ocean breeze. The perfect place to watch the Grande Plage’s waves and vibrant beach life.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
