The large shower and WC are separate. The open kitchen and the living area are well equipped. Flat screen TV and WiFi are at your disposal. The bedroom offers a king size bed with quality bedlinen.
Your large sun terrace with dining table, sun loungers and parasol is surrounded by pine trees and oleander. The pool is shared only with the owners.
In the idyllic wine growing village of Caux you will find a restaurant, bar, café and various small shops for your daily needs. The lively town of Pézenas is 8 km away and offers you many shopping opportunities, artists' studios, handicrafts and restaurants.
Explore the varied landscape of the Hérault from this wonderful holiday home. The sea , the mountains of the Haut-Languedoc or Béziers with its beautiful cathedral are all about 30 minutes away.
