Perched in a dominant position on a southern slope, this house with no overlooking neighbors offers you peace, nature, and an open view. Just 10 minutes from Sarlat, a medieval gem, and 12 minutes from the Dordogne Valley with its castles, gardens, and canoe or gabarre trips, it is also the ideal starting point to discover the Vézère Valley (Lascaux, Prehistory Museum at 20 minutes) as well as the Lot with Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm (50 minutes).



The covered terrace, facing the private pool, invites you to share convivial meals around the plancha, savoring local products bought from producers and markets nearby. Inside, the air-conditioned living area with open kitchen and lounge offers comfort and modernity.



On the same level, you will find a shower room and a separate toilet.



The garden level houses two bedrooms equipped with 160 cm beds, opening onto a terrace shaded in the afternoon, as well as a washroom with toilet.
