Apartment with private pool and castle view near Sarlat

Located 3 km from Beynac (shops) and 15 km from Sarlat, this 60 m² apartment is in the owners' house and has a private entrance. It offers complete privacy on a 2000 m² unfenced plot with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. A 7 x 3.5 m saltwater swimming pool, 1.35 m deep, is located in the owners' garden and is for the exclusive use of the tenant. The pool is open from the end of April to the end of September and is secured by a fence and gate.

Access is via the ground floor entrance with a 16-step staircase.

The first floor comprises a living room with a kitchenette and Wi-Fi internet access, a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) with an en-suite shower room and separate WC.
Electric heating is included. Fans are available on site.

Linen kit for a 140cm or 160cm bed (€17) and linen kit for a 90cm bed (€13).
