'Great value for money, staff are warm and welcoming. The entire hotel is being renovated on a shoestring. Fixtures and fittings are low quality. Most rooms have really good, clean showers. Ideal for workman or a crash pad for a night in Stourbridge. Brilliant central location '

'Stayed for one night and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. A warm welcome, excellent room and facilities, fabulous breakfast, and I even got to play with the dogs, a couple of red Welsh collies, after breakfast. All staff were so welcoming and helpful. '

'Gewoon een hotel. Niet meer niet minder. Niks gezellig. Ontbijt was buffet, was in orde. Kamer was proper. Badkamer ruim. Maar matras was verschrikkelijk. Ook het zetelbed voor de kids lag oncomfortabel. '

'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'
