'Room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 12 hours, and no one was available to bring any to the room unfortunately. There was also only one bath towel for showering. Kitchen and fridge were fantastic, and would be so nice for a family staying more than one night. The pool was well kept but the water was cold. We didn’t get back in after one swim because of this. Overall I would stay again and hope the pool is warmer next time! Staff were very friendly and breakfast was a great variety...

'The property seemed relatively new so take that into account. It was very well maintained and clean, which I really appreciated. The newer model tv with streaming options was a bonus. Room had a very fresh and clean odor. Water was very hot in the shower which is my preference. Overall I had a pleasant stay '

'This evening stay was picked because of the indoor pool, which turned out to be a lovely place. You could tell it had been updated. A bit chilly at 75 degrees for this old gal, but, I toughed it out. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, pillows plentiful with softness options. Breakfast in AM was satisfactory. Overall, our stay hit all the buttons we needed for a comfortable stay. Job well done!'

'I stayed for a longer period of time in the area and wanted a working kitchen. It is a little strange because you have to ask for a hot plate. the rooms do not have stoves, even though it might look like it from the pictures. The pictures are a bit deceptive. The pots and pans I was given came with the hotplate. They were a little funky and were not washed. The staff member that gave them to me was embarrassed and offered to wash them before giving them to me, but I told him not to worry...

'One of the worst places I’ve stayed the rooms are very outdated and somewhat dirty the room beside us was doing some kind of exorcism or something not joking and the staff let them finish and done nothing about it will never stay here again it’s horrible '

'My wife and I travel frequently. I chose the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis West because of the location. The level of customer care we received while staying at the hotel was OUTSTANDING. We were dealing with an incredibly challenging situation. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. “Tee Jay” is the General Manager of the hotel.
