'The only thing wrong with this stay was that the pool was closed all weekend and we did not know about it ahead of time. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The rest of the stay was good. The staff were great, very friendly.'

'Everything was clean. Our only issue was that there was a loud rattling on the upper filter grate. Didn't sleep well because of that. It was fine for one night.'

'So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible...

'Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there'

'Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

'I liked everything about the hotel, except for a couple of breakfast items. The bacon and the omelettes were tasty and there was a variety of breakfast choices. My only complaint was the sausage gravy was awful and the biscuits and gravy should not be served to guests, unless the quality is significantly improved. Also, there were no hash browns or potatoes offered at breakfast.'

'Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.'
