'The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational.'

'You had to pay for breakfast separately so I went and picked up delicious donuts from Jacks Donuts across the street. There is a Starbucks near too, but I can’t have that due to allergies! The property is fine and right off the interstate. It was quiet. I just as there only a few hours after delayed flights and rental recalls vehicle shortages! '

'Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. 'The room had not been cleaned thoroughly and the window was left slightly open from the previous guests which was not noticed. Only other complaint was that breakfast did not have many choices and was not well stocked.'

'They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed.'

'This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! '

My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. 'The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

'The room was advertised as having breakfast and it did not have breakfast! There was no breakfast at the property. They had a cupboard that was overly priced. The staff was okay and the cleanliness of the property was okay. The rooms themselves were clean. I would also like to say that even though it is adjacent to downtown the immediate surroundings of the property itself were less than to be desired.'
