'Goed hotel. Met alles erop en eraan voor de standaard van Kameroen. Ontbijt goed. '

'Since our last visit Kribi has had significant waterfront development. Despite the developments at Tara Plage, it retains its tranquility and lovely beach views. Being able to step out of the restaurant or apartment almost straight onto the beach is most relaxing, as are the beach walks. Whilst Tara Plage might be showing its age, it certainly beats staying in a sterile box in a 5 star hotel. Next time we plan to say longer.'

'Okay hotel but in a very noisy and crowded area.'

'La chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à la chambre proposée. Apres discussion changement de chambre. Au 5eme ... pas d'eau chaude ... pas de wifi. Sommier pas de lattes .. des planches et un carton pour pas sentir les planches. Surprise en rentrant de diner ... ascenseur en panne. Matin pas reparé. Petit déjeuner au 6eme étage !! Des excuses pour tout ... aucun geste commercial. '

'Clean room'

'There was a big cockroach in my room.'

'No receptionist, equipment (tv) not working for over 24hours,.2 blackouts of at least 1h each that night. Advised manager about these upon checking out.'

'They claimed Expedia did not have my reservation. Refused to let me stay. Extremely rude.'

'Absolutely a go area, staff is completely unhelpful and unwelcoming. Same breakfast everyday, broken equipment, we got stocked in the elevator for about 15 minutes. You have to beg for toiletries. Bathroom drains into bedroom. We changed rooms twice but found out that all the rooms have the same problems. Please if you want to have a good vacation avoid this tarted place. I think it's run by family members so zero accountability.'

'Excellent emplacement, tranquille.'
