'Vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als ‘door de dag heen’. Ontbijt is redelijk, opties zijn vrij beperkt maar het volstaat wel. Op handige loopafstand vanaf Carowinds. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid, overzichtelijk en goed verlicht. Manco is wel dat er geen lift is, wij hadden (op verzoek) een kamer op verdieping 2 dus dat is wel even koffers tillen. IJsmachine aanwezig, maar buiten gebruik. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en in de kamer, alsook de trap van 1 naar 2 zag er allesbehalve...

'There was a little bit of a smell in the carpets and it looked like some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, location was great, breakfast was great, employees friendly. The lady taking care of breakfast area did a wonderful job.'

'There was a part of the shower that was broken. The breakfast was okay nothing major. The staff was on their phone while they helped the guess. I hope the price we paid was only because it was the holiday and not that much everyday'

'The kitchen had no utensils I had to buy pans and paperware. I ask for clean wash clothes and towels and I was told you have to bring the dirty ones down… never heard that in my life. No ice machine so I had to buy that too. Too many dogs on the property! Pitbull’s and other. Huge dogs! To me I think it’s half a shelter and half hotel! The room has a slight smell so I had to by air freshener also. But I mange for my 4 day stay! It was an experience though! Found hair on the tub. The staff was...

'We didn’t have the breakfast during our stay so can’t comment on it. The bathroom sink tap took two hands to pull up and it dripped constantly. The toilet tank needs a replacement float or something because the water whooshed every 6 minutes for the 5 days we were there and the floor was very dirty, we had to wear shoes inside the whole time. The swimming pool was well maintained.'

'The surrounding area was very nice. Very quiet and many restaurants nearby. The lady who checked us in was very nice.'

'There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.'
