I tried over and over again on both the door knob key pad and the lock box. The host was unreachable by email and after I gave up on the host and we found another place to stay. In the mean time I was going to my American Express app to dispute the charges and the number that came up was Verbo, I didn't know that till I called. I...

« The host never contacted me with arrival information and after numerous attempts to contact them, there was just nothing. I ended up stranded in Kansas City with no where to stay. DONT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! »
