'The only thing was that the pancake machine was not dialed in so they were under done and gummy. Fresh fruit was a welcome addition and the size of the milk was great not having to pour it out of a pitcher was nice too. Staff was friendly and courteous. '

'Great little spot to explore Clear Lake from. Our hosts were excellent and timely at answering questions!Note--short or balance challenged people would have difficulty using the microwave. It's very high!. My 6' husband could do it, but it would have been dangerous for me (with my balance issues, and only 5'2".)But we loved our stay!'

'Great place for a family of 10 that included grandparents, parents and grandkids. Since 2 are teens and one 11, they were able to sleep in the living room while the rest of us had beds upstairs. We were a bit worried about one shower, but we made it work! We walked down to the lake both nights. Large living room for family movie night. Perfect amount of seats for adults at the dining room and kiddos in the game area to eat and still be together. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. The kitchen...

'The lodge was everything we wanted and more. It was spacious, with every amenity we could wish for. Our most favorite aspect was its rustic charm. Nestled off the road, its location surrounded by trees, feels like you could be in the middle of nowhere, yet it’s a short distance from the lake, restaurants and other points of interest. We would heartily recommend. '
