'Nice rooms, very nice surroundings. But it’s a pity they turned this lovely house into a very expensive Center Parcs. You smell the pool already when entering the lobby. All the new extensions you do not see on the pictures on the website. . Service often is quite bad & chaotic.'

'Comfortable although double bed a bit on the small side.Rooms would benefit from the addition of a safe and extra shelving in bathroom.Seemed a bit strange no additional guests in room after 10pm but can understand if guests are noisy and playing music,maybe been a problem in the past.'

'Gunstig en zeer rustig gelegen ten opzichte van Glasgow airport. Vriendelijke medewerkers en prima bar en restaurant met voldoende keuze. Het aanzicht buiten staat in hoog contract met de luxe afwerking in Indiase stijl binnen. Het hotel is erg gedateerd en ondergaat momenteel een verbouwing per verdieping. Met name vernieuwing van de badkamers is noodzakelijk. Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. '

'Wij waren iets verlaat en kregen de invalide kamer. Op zich mooi dat die er is, maar niet geschikt voor niet invalide. Geen spatscherm bij het douchen en een wastafel van 20x15 cm EERLIJK!!! '

'This stay was okay. Granted I am uncertain of the location but I had a few expectations that definitely were not met. However this could very well be, you get what you pay for. The unit could definitely accommodate a good amount of people and for the cost subpar bedding and towels could be expected. The unit was clean but not something I would choose again. Perhaps a college student type stay. I messaged the property manager for parking and access and waited 72 hours and have never received a...

'Perfect stay, felt like home. Nice views, very clean, tasteful decoration, delicious fresh breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts. Busstop next door. By taxi 5 min. to Drymen or 10 min. to Balloch. I hope to come back once!'
