« This property was just what we needed for our Men’s College World Series stay. Nick and Mim were very accommodating and prompt to respond. The apartment was neat, clean, and had plenty of room for three adults. Thank you! »

The neighborhood was decent and we felt very safe there at night. We did have a surprise visitor; a large cat that listened to me talk for awhile. « When we arrived there was a gentleman sitting on his back patio enjoying a beverage. When we got to the door we could hear a smaller dog barking in the apt. below. Instantly i could tell it was just a glammed up run down rental. The baseboards in the bathroom need to be replaced. I am a carpenter by trade and never in my life have i seen a plug like the one in the bathroom with a green light on it, kinda made me a bit suspicious. « The house was decently clean and beds were comfy. I was disappointed, however, in the supplies provided. There was about 1/2 a roll of paper towels and 4 rolls of TP to split between the 3 bathrooms, for the week.. No salt & pepper, (although if you wanted to make something with ginger, curry or green beans, it was available!) I brought my Mom and my Aunt (both elderly) and the high-top dining room table was not a problem, however, the seats with no backs were a bit worrisome for safety...
