'The room itself was decent, but the overall stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was outdated and it had visible mold on the grout. Most alarming were the cockroaches crawling on the furniture. There was constant noise right outside of our door - a dog was barking in the room next to us all night and people were coming and going at all hours. Also the power went out around 9:30 and was off for 2 hours. I would not stay here again. '

'Super cute bed and breakfast style inn on campus. It’s located right by Greek row and easy access to the Frisco trail. Our room was cozy and I would describe it as modern cozy cottage. We stayed here for our campus college visit. But I definitely would stay here again for game day or visiting my daughter at school. Ella’s restaurant was the perfect brunch as well.'

'For continental breakfast, it's amazing. Hot food, various waffle batters, wonderful. The rooms were also nice. Stayed here for a week for a work trip and it was lovely.'

'The bathroom situation was ridiculous. There is zero privacy in the bathroom. No ceiling fan. It’s a sliding style door the has a gap all the way around it. Terrible planning. If this wasn’t a problem it would have been a perfect hotel stay. Oh. And you could definitely use at least one more waffle iron. Waiting for three minutes for someone to make a waffle is totally fine. But when there’s ten people in front of you…not so good.'
