« This property is gorgeous! Lovely views, deck, hot tub, open spacious living area, great wood stove. Very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make sure to read the fine print-the third king bedroom doesn’t have walls, just a moveable screen. Not an issue for our group but could be for some. Also the coffee is espresso shot pods, so bring your own coffee pot if that isn’t your thing b »

« We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Deer Haven. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch, and melting our worries away in the hot tub. My sisters and I talked well into the night, then slept like rocks in the well appointed bedrooms. It is a beautiful place inside with the beauty of nature surrounding us outside. »

« Great home and location. Back deck could use a few more umbrellas. During our stay an additional umbrella was requested and brought over very quickly. Great service. On our last day (Tuesday), there was a lot of construction noise coming from the brewery. Not sure what was going on, but it eventually stopped. Would definitely come back again. My parents loved their 60 th Anniversary celebration. »

« The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice. It is beautiful here. The view from the porch is absolutely amazing. Location is close to anything you need. We kayaked nearby, hiked, ziplined, and fished every night. My kids even braved the dark to try some catfishing! They are HUGE and plentiful from the fishing area! You feel very secluded there. We even saw the Milky Way! We grilled, watched movies and just had a wonderful time! »

« We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Falling Leaf Cabin and had so much fun! We had meals at The Chop House Bistro, Dsrk Horse Irish Gastro Pub, West Main Market Beer and Wine Garden, Gathering Grounds Cafe and Glen Gordon Manor - all were fantastic! We loved the back deck and were often relaxing and reading our books out there. The hot tub was the best - seeing the fireflies at night in the yard was special. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was available for any questions we had....

« Very nice place. Cute cabin with lovely views. The fire pit are with a covered couch swing is great for evenings. If you are an early riser, there are nice sunrise views of the mountains. Enclosed property so you feel safe at night. We even dozed off one night on the swing looking at the stars. Hot tub was good and seemed well cared for. "Nous avons passĂ© 3 nuits dĂ©but juillet 2025 Ă  Skyland, et ce fut une expĂ©rience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen Ă©tait spacieuse, propre et trĂšs confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nĂ©cessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine Ă  cafĂ©, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du sĂ©jour, ce qui a rendu l’expĂ©rience encore plus agrĂ©able. L’hĂŽtel est idĂ©alement situĂ© au cƓur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnĂ©es sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prĂ©vu pour un sĂ©jour pratique et agrĂ©able : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine Ă  glace, parking gratuit
 (Seul petit point Ă  noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland Ă  tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hĂ©siter !"
