'Dit heeft niets met Hard Rock te maken, behalve dan dat er een gitaar voor de deur staat. Vooral casino, geen hardrock food en 1 fastfoodafhaal open van 6 restaurants. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, zeker in de rockshop. Niet meer voor ons.'

'Very worn out property, although clean it smelled weird. Staff was efficient. Elevators usually don't frighten me but this one did. Creepy cold blue lights in the room, I've never been in a prison cell but that would be better than this place. I'm far from a coffee snob but I could drink a cup of five year old instant coffee covered in mold before I drank the garbage served in their lobby.'

'The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. For a one night stay after the Faire, it was perfect. Close enough to nearby food.'

'Really nice hotel, room and staff, the only downfall was how noisy it was! Doors, walls and ceiling were paper thin. We heard doors slamming and people above us most of the night.'

'Staff and room were great but the grounds needed a lot of work'

'Nice area clean rooms.'

'Prima hotel. Kamer met fijn zitje. Rustige ligging. Aanrader is het kleine, maar heerlijk warme, zwembad.'

'Upon arrival my first night my TV was not working and with only 1 staff member in the entire property she could not figure it out either. The property generally was clearly “ dated” ( chipped paint etc.) Generally understaffed'

'Rooms were clean and the staff very good. However, the rooms need better maintenance and supervision. Furniture was in poor condition so are the doors into the bathroom and entrance doors into the room. These issue can be surpass if management pays more attention to the condition of the hotel'

'Prima prijs voor zo'n grote kamer (suite). Heel comfortabel.'

'Me and my boyfriend loved our room, we got the king suite with balcony and it was so clean, big, comfortable. Only problem was our air conditioner wasn't working but otherwise it was still a pleasant stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful'

'Awesome property overall'
