« This is a typical roadside motel with units 1-10 side by side. It is clean and roomy. The staff friendly and helpful though we didn’t really interact much. The bed was large and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a small working refrigerator (with small freezer that worked really well). The motel is Dog friendly. « Loved the little cabin tucked up overlooking the Mississippi! We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxed all weekend reading and watching movies! Perfect relaxing getaway. The train came by often but was not bad at allwe kind of looked forward to it! »

« The cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. We were in the area to kayak the Kickapoo River and the cabin was close to where we launched (about 8 mins). It was cozy to relax in after 12.5 miles of kayaking. We enjoyed sitting outside, seeing wildlife including a deer, and hearing an owl at night. We plan to be back! »
